Win for St Paul's HS in Chandel Subroto football tournament

Imphal, May 22 2025: St Paul's High School began their U-17 boys' campaign in style with a commanding 3-1 win over Oak Hill in the Chandel District Inter-School Subroto Mukherjee Football Tournament 2025 on Thursday.

The match, held at the Sports Complex in Chandel, saw thrilling action as St Paul's dominated proceedings.

Lungir Chothe gave St Paul's a dream start, finding the net within just two minutes.

Holyngam extended their lead in the 15th minute, before Rengwarngam added a third in the 54th minute to put the game beyond doubt.

Oak Hill managed a consolation goal in the 61st minute courtesy of HB Wisoom, but St Paul's defence held firm to ensure a well-deserved victory.
