YAS to conduct trials for 7th Khelo India Youth Games

Imphal, April 09 2025: Department of Youth Affairs & Sports, Manipur, will organise state-level selection trials to finalise boys' volleyball and hockey teams for the 7th Khelo India Youth G ames (KIYG) 2025, which will take place in Bihar from May 4 to 15.The volleyball trials are scheduled for April 11 and 12, 2025 at Volleyball Ground, Khuman Lampak, while the hockey trials will be held on April 12 and 13, 2025 at Hockey Stadium, Khuman Lampak.

Eligible athletes must be born on or after January 1, 2007 (U-18) and are required to submit essential documents, including an Aadhaar card, a matriculate certificate, a birth certificate (issued on or before January 1, 2020), and either a school bonafide certificate, state domicile certificate, or passport.

The deadline for document submission is April, 2025 at the Directorate of Youth Affairs & Sports, Khuman Lampak, Imphal, according to a notice issued by the directorate.
