Imphal, January 22 2025: Paradise PC and KRYPSA PC-B emerged victorious in the men's event of the 1st DGAR Men & Women Polo Championship 2025 on Wednesday.

Paradise PC edged past Kongpal PC-A by a 9-8 win.

L Paresh led the scoring for Paradise with five goals as N Philip chipped in with a pair of goals and Maibam Daniel and Ningthemjao contributing one each.

For Kongpal, L Lukhoi Singh claimed four goals, while S Jamson Singh and L Dhaneshwor scored two each.

KRYPSA PC-B secured a 5-3 victory over Mayang Imphal.

Kh Rocky scored a treble, while H Ronison and L Rohit added one each to help KRYPSA clinch the match.

For Mayang Imphal, Bikash scored a hat-trick in vain.

In women's match, Lintho-ingambi Kangjei Lup inflicted a 17-1 hammering on MPSC Polo Team.

M Priya Devi led the rout, finishing with an impressive 8-goal haul.

Kh Deventy Devi did her bit with six goals and Kh Habe Devi contributed a double, with M Bijenti Devi scoring one.
