Juvenile top Group B in IW 1st Div League; SDC cruise in Super Div League

Imphal, October 16 2024: YWC-M and Pamyal earned a point each in a 0-0 draw on Wednesday as Juvenile emerged as Group B winners in the Imphal West L Sangita Devi memorial 1st Division Football League 2024 .

Juvenile made a clean sweep of their three matches in the Group B competition.

They started off with a 2-1 win over BMSC on September 29, then secured their straight victory after beating YWC-M 1-0 on October 12, and completed their perfect record with a 3-0 rout of Pamyal on October 14 .

The goalless draw on Wednesday propelled YWC-M to second spot in Group B standings with four points, while Pamyal were third with three points, followed by BMSC (1 pts) .

Meanwhile, SDC drubbed KYC-N 3-0 in the 24th Imphal West Super Division Football League 2024 at Pamyal Ground on Wednesday.

H Rakhesh opened the scoring in the 13th minute, Aningthouba extended the advantage in the 35th minute and Aimson Athokpam made it 3-0 in the 84th minute to help SDC prevail with ease.
