DGAR Polo: X-Polo Club, MPSC-B to face off in final

Imphal, February 05 2025: X-Polo Club and MPSC Team-B both triumphed in their respective semifinal matches on Wednesday to set up men's title clash of the DGAR Polo Championship.

X-Polo Club started the semifinal fixtures with a 9-6 victory over MPSC Team-A.Th Santosh and L Atangba dazzled for the winning side.

Santosh led the charge with five goals, while Atangba did his bit with four goals.

For MPSC-A, S Bimol struck in five goals, but his attacking prowess was not enough.

Y Binoy also scored a goal in their defeat.

The second semifinal saw MPSC Team-B edge out Thangmeiband Youth Polo Club in a thrilling 6-5 encounter.

T Pradeepkumar emerged as the decisive player for MPSC-B, netting five goals to propel his team to victory.

S Abundcha also got his name on the scoresheet, contributing a goal.

On the opposing side, M Chaoba led Thangmeiband's effort with two goals, while Kh Yaikhomba, S Saolin, and K Jogendra each added a goal in a losing cause.

The men's final match will take place on February 8, 2025 .
