Imphal, September 25 2024: IFC and CHIKL registered wins in Wednesday's fixtures of the 24th Imphal West Super Division Football League 2024 at Pamyal Ground.

Rejoice Chithung scored twice to lead IFC to a commanding 3-1 victory over KYC-N.He opened the scoring in the 19th minute, and Phungreiyo doubled the lead in the 38th minute.

Rejoice then secured his brace in the 40th minute to extend their advantage.

Albish pulled one back for KYC-N in the 80th minute, but it was too late to change the outcome.

Earlier in the day, CHKL narrowly defeated YUC 3-2 in a fiercely contested match.

M Rakesh gave CHKL the lead in the 20th minute, followed by S Ajitkumar making it 2-0 in the 50th minute.

YUC quickly responded with a goal from Narendra, but CHKL sealed their victory with a stoppage-time goal from K Wanglenganba.
