THAU and FORCE set up a title clash in the 1st MNCA Women's U-23 One Day Trophy 2024-25 after their semifinal victories on Thursday.
THAU earned a smooth passage to the final with 136-run hammering of SHADOW at THAU Ground.
THAU's batting unit fired collectively to post 198 in 33.5 overs, with Robeni Usham (45 off 82) and captain Niruta Thoudam (32 off 23, SR 139.13) leading the charge.
SHADOW's Kebriya Devi Sapam (4/35) and Sagatpam Hentholbi (3/46) tried to contain the damage, but THAU's lower order, including Moirangthem Yajphabi Devi's unbeaten 26, ensured a competitive total.
The reply was a disaster for SHADOW, collapsing to 62 all out in 22.3 overs.
Thoitholbi Ahongshangbam (4/21) and Kiranbala Chanu Haorungbam (2/10) ran riot, reducing SHADOW to 26/5 early.
Only Hanglem Malemnganbi (16*) showed grit, but the lack of partnerships sealed their fate.

PTCC's innings never gained momentum, with only Laishram Bigyapati Devi (22) and Shrili Irom (16) offering bri ef resistance.
FORCE's bowlers shared the spoils, led by Farjiya's 3/14 and Rahmatun Khanam's tight 2/11.The chase wa s a mere formality as Barkatun Khanam, fresh off her bowling exploits (2/22), anchored the innings with an unbeat en 68 off 68 balls (9 fours, 1 six).
Her aggressive yet calculated knock ensured FORCE reached the target in just 23.1 overs (99/4), despite PTCC's Bandana claiming 1/11 .
