Imphal, February 27 2025: While CYCLONE destroyed MODEL at Lairenjam Public ground early morning today, Priyojit Kangabam's impressive knock of 109 runs couldn't save TRAU from losing against SCCC at Moijing Public Ground in the 9th MNCA W Prahlada & W Ramananda Elite Tournament 2024-25 .

At Lairenjam Public Ground, CYCLONE Thangmeiband beat MODEL Singjamei Chingamakha by 4 runs.

At Moijing Public Ground, Thoubal, SCCC Singjamei Thongam Leikai beat TRAU Kwakeithel by 6 wickets.

CYCLONE vs MODEL

CYCLONE won the toss and opted to bat first to score 147 runs for 10 wickets in 35.4 overs.

In their failed chase for the target, MODEL Singjamei Chingamakha managed to score only 143 for 10 wickets in 37.1 overs.

Kishan Laishram (31 runs off 55 balls) scored the most for CYCLONE.

TRAU Kwakeithel batted first and scored 231 runs for 4 wickets in 40 overs.

In return, SCCC Singjamei Thongam Leikai knocked a winning 232 runs for 4 wickets in 37 overs.

In TRAU's knock of 231 runs in 40 overs, Priyojit Kangabam and an undefeated Sanjembam Somokanta Khuman displayed excellent forms.

Priyojit Kangabam scored 109 runs off 112 balls, and Sanjembam Somokanta Khuman scored 70 runs off 77 balls.
