Imphal, May 16:
Undeterred by a two goal setback early in the game, MBSU, Wahengbam Leikai carved out a well facile 5-4 victory over NISA, Thangmeiband in the final of the FUTSAL Cup tournament at Mapal Kangjeibung today.
Even though NISA had opened the lead within the first minute through N Momocha and doubled the advantage with Kh ratan scoring his first of two in the match in the eighth minute the Wahengbam Leikai showed no sign of letting their opponents dictat terms in the keenly contested final to ultimately wrest the tournament title.
