Imphal, December 13 2008:
AIM, Khabam Lamkhai and Railway Protection force, Kolkata played the first goalless draw in the quarter final round of the 52nd CC Meet football tournament at Mapal Kangjeibung today.
A substantially impressive number of spectators who turned up at the historic venue expecting some fireworks in the match between the local and outstation teams left home a dejected a lot as most of the exchanges were confined to the middle without any threatening move worth mentioning.
Thambalkhong's YWC are the other team of the Group (R) .
Tomorrow at 1.30 pm MBSU, Wahengbam Leikai will play against Shambalpur Football Academy.
