Taobungkhok Welfare Club fetes National Thang-Ta Championship gold medallists

Imphal, January 12 2025: The Taobungkhok Welfare Club today felicitated four young local athletes who won gold medals and helped Manipur finish overall team champions at the 30th National Sub-Junior and Senior Thang-Ta Championship which was hosted by Uttarakhand in Haridwar from January 4 to 6 .

The local athletes, who were feted include Ngasepam Lingjelthoibi, daughter of Ngasepam Ibotomba; Ngase-pam Nepolian, son of Ngase- pam Dhananjoy; Ngasepam Donika Chanu, daughter of Ngasepam Yedha and Pibarel Akoijam, son of Ak Pradeep.

All the athletes hail from Taobungkhok Awang Leikai.
