CFF condoles demise of goalkeeper

Imphal, May 09 2021: The Chandel Football Friends (CFF) team on Sunday mourned the sudden demise of its team member Tennyson Tesong, son of Morison Tesong and husband of Ng Jacinta of Liwa Changning village.

In a condolence message, CFF said that Tennyson had represented Liwa Chang-ning FC as goalkeeper in many tournaments and as a veteran player he also represented Sirti Veteran FC as goalkeeper, and he had also played in the Manipur Veteran Football League organised by AMFA.

Till he breathed his last, Tennyson was an active goalkeeper of Chandel Football Friends veteran team, CFF said, adding, "There is no such good person like him and his place will remain unfilled from now on" .
