Imphal, July 07: Manipur veteran Football Association rallied from a goal down to wrest the title of the 4th Alok Sarkar Memorial Veteran Invitation Football Championship at Siliguri today defeating Siliguri Veteran Football Association 3-1.The final match saw the hosts take the lead in the 35th minute through Subroto Choudhury with the Manipur side restoring parity on N Lukhoi's strike four minutes later.

The visitors surged ahead with N Bijoy's third goal of the competition in the 49th minute before Ng Ruhikanta sealed the tie and title triumph with a 52nd minute goal.

N Bijoy was adjudged player of the tournament, man of the final match apart from bagging the top scorer award.
