Imphal, March 29 2025: The Special Court, ND&PS, Imphal has summoned one Lhingboi Kipgen (39) d/o late Lunkhosei Kipgen of Govadang village, Tengnoupal district under Moreh police station to appear before the same Court (or the Judge) in virtual mode through the CJM Moreh on April 25, 2025 .

After a complaint was filed against Lhingboi Kipgen that she committed (or is suspected to have committed) an offence punishable under Section 21(C) and 29 ofND&PS Act 1985, the Court issued a warrant of arrest.

But Lhingboi Kipgen could not be found and she has been absconding.
