GB meet of MFJCA held, new executives elected

Imphal, July 19 2025: The 26th general body meeting of Manipur Film Journalists' and Critics Association (MFJCA), Imphal was held at Kripa Society Office, Kangabam Leikai Lane No 2 on Saturday.

As per a release by MFJCA, the meeting also elected the new executive body for the term 2025-27 which included AC Netrajit as president; Tongbram Romesh and Dr Maibam Ratan as vice-presidents; Salam Ranjan as general secretary; and Hijam Dinesh as treasurer among others At the meeting, detail discussions were held regarding the critical role of film journalists and critics in improvement of Manipur film industry by regularly publishing reviews in newspapers and holding discourses on Manipur films, it added.
