Imphal, November 15 2008: THE YOUTH Development Association, Khumbong expressed its pleasure over the felicitation of District Youth Award 2008-09, Imphal West to L Lokendro of Khumbong by Nehru Yuva Kendra, Imphal.

The award comprising a citation and a cheque of five thousand rupees was handed over to him in the 36th foundation day of NYK which was held on November 14 at TUPU Club Takyel.
