Imphal, February 15, 2010: Trinamool Congress Manipur Pradesh has opened its office in Ima building at Keishampat junction today.

The new office was opened by former Minister Haokholal Thangjom by hoisting the party flag.

Speaking at the occasion, Haokholal Thangjom said that Trinamool Congress is a political party most concerned for the welfare of impoverished and underprivileged people of the country.

The party led by Mamata Banerjee is crucial for Manipur, he claimed.

Former MP and convenor of the party, Kim Gangte said that the party would work in close coordination with people and strive to bring a revolution in Manipur.

She went on to say that preparations have been made to open party units in every part of the State.
