Imphal, November 06 2008: THE NUPI Lal Memorial Association, Manipur will observe Nupi Lal day as commemoration of the courageous women fighters of Manipur starting from December 1 to 31 .

The month long observance will be marked by programmes like opening ceremony, ten days flag selling, offering of flowers to deceased fighters, a drama on Nupi Lal, lighting up nupilal complex, Nupi Lal patriotic song competition and prize distribution at the closing ceremony.
