Noney, October 04 2024: Assam Rifles organised a wreath-laying ceremony at the Battalion's War Memorial to pay homage to WO (GD) Birendra Singh, who laid down his life in the line of duty.

The gallant soldier made the supreme sacrifice on October 4, 2020 while fighting insurgents in Arunachal Pradesh.
