Imphal, March 04: One Day Constituency Level Convention on HIV/AIDS organised a state level essay competition on the topic "Need for voluntary HIV testing before marriage" on March 1. Wangkhem Open Singh and Dwangailung Kahmei got first and second prize respectively.

Third prize was shared between Reena Devi Yumnam and Md Nawaz Sharif Yumkhaibam.

Manipur Assembly Speaker S Budhichandra, MLAs O Joy, Ng Bijoy and I Ibohanbi, NACO advisor Dr Khomdon Lisham, MACS director Dr Pramodkumar and Mr Manipur Pradip Kumar were present as distinguish guests in the valedictory function.
