Imphal, November 03 2008: A NOTIFICATION of the state health department has called applications from willing eligible unmarried girl candidates to undergo training of GNM/FHW for session 2008-2009 .

Written test will be conducted on November 23 .

It said applicants should not be less 17-year but exceed 35-year, should passed 10+2 from recognized board/University with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with not less than 45% for general and OBC and 40% for schedule caste and schedule tribe for GNM while that of FHW should attained 15 year but not over 35 with matriculate mark not less than 40% for general and OBC category and 35% for SC and ST.

Application forms can be obtained till November 6 from the office of Medical Directorate, Lamphel during office hour.
