Imphal, October 28 2024: A team of Manipur Police arrested an active member of the armed Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP-People s War Group) identified as Oinam Amar Singh alias Joy (47) from Keibul Chingmei Mayai Leikai in Bishnupur district on October 26 .

According to a press release of Manipur Police Control Room on Sunday, the team recovered two mobile handsets and three SIMS from his possession.
