Student leaders, IPS probationers call on Guv

Imphal, January 28 2025: DM University Tribal Students' Union members called on Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday and submitted a memorandum.

The memorandum highlighted the status of ST scholarship for tribal students and requested the Governor for early disbursement of pending ST scholarships.

The Governor assured to look into the issue in the interest of the students, a release by PRO Raj Bhavan said.

The release also informed that five IPS probationers Diksha Langthasa, Divya, Jay Barange, Chaitanya and Kunal Uttam Shrote paid a courtesy call to the Governor at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday.
