Imphal, February 21:
Under the Military Civic Action Programme the 13 Assam Rifles of 10 Sector constructed and dedicated community hall at Awangkasom, vocational training centre at Village Tolloi and another community hall at village Lhungjang of Ukhrul district with the inauguration ceremonies held simultaneously yesterday, informed a PRO IGAR (S)
release.
The VTC is an effort by 13 AR in collaboration with NGOs to train the local populace, especially the youth, in generating alternative source of income.
