Imphal, March 18:
The Thadou Students' Association, Sadar Hills has strongly condemned the alleged delay being made by the State Government in passing the District Council Act, conveyed a TSA (SH) release.
Urging the Government to pass the District Council Bill in its true spirit without any delay, the TSA also demanded a regular Deputy Commissioner for Sadar Hills at the earliest.
