Imphal, October 04 2024: Special Gram Sabha meeting of Maibam Uchiwa Gram Panchayat under Kakching CD block was held at Maibam Mayai Leikai community hall on Wednesday.

The Gram Sabha was attended by Maibam Uchiwa GP caretaker chairperson W Shyamjai Meitei as president and Zilla Parishad member Md Iqbal as chief guest.

The highlight of the meeting, also attended by members of self-help groups (SHGs) under Manipur State Rural Livelihood Mission (MSRLM) of the Maibam Uchiwa GP, was deliberation on various developmental works and the new projects to be taken up in areas under the GP .
