Author Mesak attends writers1 workshop in Colombo

Imphal, November 24 2024: Author and activist Mesak Takhelmayum was one bf 10 writers from across South-Asia who participated in a workshop titled 'Queer Writer's Room' in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

The workshop is supported by the US Consulate in Mumbai and the International Writing Programme by IOWA University.

Mesak was also the lone author from Manipur to take part at the Mumbai Literature Live event held at the National Centre for Performing Arts in Mumbai from November 15 to 17 .

The event is a prestigious festival celebrating the works of 125 authors, from 13 countries.
