Man on fishing trip found dead, case registered

CCpur, October 24 2024: A man identified as Khamthanlian, alias Henry Guite (42), who went for fishing with his friends, was found dead under suspicious circumstances on Wednesday morning.

Henry, son of Zamzachin Guite of Nghathal, Lamka, had injuries around his ears, which were bleeding, most likely caused by a blunt object.

A case has been filed with the district police.

Notably, his parents had gone to Delhi for a medical checkup.

The body was taken to the district hospital mortuary by police, according to police.
