Imphal, August 18 2024: Indigenous People's Association of Kangleipak has condoled the untimely demise of senior advocate Thoudam Manihar Singh.

In a release, IPAK recounted that Manihar Singh was advisor to Federation of Regional Indigenous Society (FRIENDS) and IPAK and played a major role in the implementation of Inner Line Permit System in the state.

A condolence meeting presided by the IPAK president was held on Saturday which observed a two-minute silence in memory of the departed, prayed for his soul to rest in peace and also shared grief of the bereaved family.
