Thoubal, February 16 2020: Home Guard Bn - IV Thoubal has felicitated Manipur Home Guard Employees Welfare Association (MHGEWA) president, Y Mangi Singh and secretary, Kh Inaobi Devi during a function held at Thoubal Haokha, today.

Speaking at the event, Y Mangi lauded the State Government for approving to increase the salary of Home Guards as per an order of Supreme Court during a cabinet meeting.

Sating that Home Guard is one such important profession, Y Mangi appealed the Government to take their other demands, including promotion and regularization of the guards, into consideration.
