TAVA grateful for relief, rescue efforts

Imphal, June 11 2024: Tangkhul Avenue Village Authority (TAVA), Imphal East has conveyed appreciation for the rescue efforts and relief provided to families affected by the recent flood.

In a release, TAVA chairman M Ngaranmi extended heartfelt gratitude to the state authorities, central and state security forces, churches, organisations, CSOs, volunteers and Arambai Tenggol.

"We acknowledge their involvement in life-saving rescue operations and the provision of emergency relief, including food, drinks, and shelter for families displaced by the floods from May 29 to June 10, 2024," the chairman conveyed.
