Imphal, December 09: The 13th foundation day of Heeree Konba Lup (All Meditators' Association, Manipur) was celebrated at Manipur Press Club.

The function was attended by member of Manipur Human Rights Commission Laishram Robindro as chief guest, president of Heeree Konba Lup Kula Laishram as functional president and Professor of Manipur University MS Ningomba and former Principal of DM College Okram Kumar as guests of honour.

Offering floral tributes to the founder members of the organisation and meditation session of all those who were present at the occasion for 10 minutes were the main highlights of the function.
