CRPF distribute sewing machines to IDPs

Imphal, October 27 2025: A Coy 66 Bn CRPF in presence of Anup Kumar Sahu, Commandant-66 Bn CRPF and other officers organised a civic action programme and distributed sewing machines and weaving materials to internally displaced women staying at Dewlahland relief camp today.

The CRPF distributed eight sewing machines, one interlocking machine and 55 kilograms of weaving materials.

Further, a training programme for tailoring was also organised by 66 Bn, CRPF.

The Commandant of the 66 Bn, CRPF said that the initiative is aimed at empowering women and promoting self-employment for them to become financially independent.
