Club condemns firing at SP residence

Imphal, January 25 2025: Lilong United Club (LUC) condemned the firing incident near the second gate of the residence of Manipur police Superintendent of Police Alhaj Babul Kalam on Thursday evening.

In a release, LUC coordinator Kh Ziaur Rahman stated that carrying out such an attack under the cover of night and when fewer people are around is a cowardly act.

While demanding arrest and punish those involved in the attack at the earliest, he declared that entry of unauthorised people carrying arms is prohibited in the area.
