Imphal, April 23 2025: State Central Library, Imphal and Manipur Library Association (MALA) jointly organised 'World Book Day' at the former's auditorium hall on Wednesday.

A release issued by State Central Library informed that the programme was attended by RIMS retired librarian and National Library awardee Dr N Giridhari Singh, State Central Library chief librarian Dr Rk Urmila Devi and MALA president Rk Rameswor Singh as the presidium members.

During the programme, Manipur University of Culture (MUC) librarian Dr Th Khomdon Singh and Manipur University librarian Dr Ch Ibohal delivered talks on 'World Book Day' .
