AR seizes drugs, cash from man

CCpur, December 16 2024: Troopers of 37 Assam Rifles recovered huge drugs and cash from a man travelling in a black coloured Mahindra Thar near Mata village on Sunday at about 10 pm.

The man nabbed with drugs and cash has been identified as Liansanglun, 38 son of Kaplunhau of Ngathal village, Churachandpur.

A total of 13,360 WY tablets weighing 1738 gm, 88gm heroin and Rs 6,25,860 cash were recovered from the possession of the man, who along with recovered items has been handed over to Churachandpur district police station on Monday.
