CNPO clarifies on hijacked JCB

Imphal, July 15 2025: Chandel Naga People's Organisation (CNPO) has issued a rectification regarding the registration number of the JCB 3DX excavator hijacked on February 5 at Kanan Kuki village under Chakpikarong sub-division.

In a clarification issued on Tuesday, CNPO stated that the correct registration number of the vehicle should be MN04C0677, not MN04C0667 as previously mentioned.

The organisation acknowledged the earlier error and confirmed that the vehicle, owned by MK Rangkanmi Chothe of Ghadongpokpi village, was intercepted by Kuki volunteers on the said date.
