Imphal, March 13: With the expiry of the ultimatum served to the Chief Minister on the 2001 Census by Naga Peoples' Organisation to withdraw the Cabinet decision of September 18, 2003 in connec tion with the cancellation of 2001 Census report for Mao-Maram, Paomata and Purul sub-divisions, the organisation in a press statement today said that the matter would now be left to general public.

The ultimatum was served on February 29 with deadline on March 12.
