Kakching, June 10 2022: An unidentified male body was found near the DC office and petrol pump area at Chandel district headquarters on Thursday.

In a release, NSUC president Sk Joseph Lamkang informed that the body is in a state of decomposition and it seems that the person was either killed or died of drug overdose.

Expressing deep concern over the unnatural death of the individual, the Union appealed to the civic populace to remain on high alert to prevent recurrence of any unwanted incidents in the future.lt also appreciated the Chandel Police for taking care of the body.
