Imphal, July 07: As a part of its ongoing campaign, which was kick started early this month, Threatened Indigenous Peoples' Society (TIPS) Manipur, organised public interactions programme on 'Right and duties under the Constitution of India' at Civil Youth Club, Urup Litan Makhong.

TIPS Consultant Angomcha Araba, president Aslam Khan, general secretary Asem Tondon spoke on the topic, said a press release.
