Thoubal, February 05 2025: Yotningthou Haraoba Committee, (YHC) Heirok has expressed its profound sorrow and condolences over the untimely demise of its former president and executive member, Khundrakpam Manglem Singh on February 3 due to a personal illness at his residence located in Heirok Part 1.As per a release issued by the Yotningthou Haraoba Committee, a condolence meeting was held today at Heirok led by Kh Ibomcha, general secretary and observed a two-minute silence in honour of the deceased and shared the grief of the bereaved family.
