AR organises wreath-laying ceremony

Imphal, March 01 2025: Assam Rifles organised a wreath-laying ceremony at Mantripukhri to pay tribute to the brave hearts who laid down their lives during an area domination patrol on February 29, 1980 in Imphal.

In a release, PRO IGAR (S) informed that the ceremony honoured the memory of the courageous soldiers lance naik Man Bahadur Ale, rifleman Sena Singh and rifleman Brahma Das Dogra who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

The event was attended by AR personnel who paid their respects to the fallen heroes, the release added.
