Noting that the restrictions imposed on a newspaper firm by one Ibungo Ngangom who identifiedhimself as information and publicity secretary of a KCP faction cannot be justified, a joint meeting of AMWJU standing committee and Editors held today at Manipur Press Club here has demanded that the restrictions should be lifted, conveyed an AMWJU release.
