Poetry book 'Punshigee Leiteng' released

Imphal, August 30 2025: A poetry book titled "Punshigee Leiteng" written by Thoidingjam Shima Chanu was released today at the Bh Manithoi Mandop, Khangabok Makha Leikai.

The book release function was graced by former Dean of School of Humanities, Manipur University, Professor Nahakpam Aruna as chief guest; Fiction & Poetry Club Manipur, president Thoudam Netrajit as functional president; and Sahitya Akademi Awardee Birendrajit Naorem, and Amuba High School Khangabok, Retd Headmaster Laishram Munal Singh as guests of honour.

Dr Ningombam Nando Singh, lecturer of St Josesph Hr Sec School, Imphal gave a brief introduction and review of the book.
