Imphal, October 28 2008: The general body meeting of Heingang Kendra Sporting Union held today has unanimously approved appointment of Kh Jila Singh of Koirengei and Ch Okendro meetei of Achanbigei Awang Leikai as the president and general secretary of the Union for the 2008-09 and 2009-10 term.

T Inaomacha Meetei will be the treasurer for the said period, a Union release added.
