Imphal, February 24: Decrying that the consumers and beneficiaries of BPL and APL rice of Senapati district have not been receiving their quota for the last three months, the beneficiaries have appealed to the concerned authorities of Senapati district to clarify on the inordinate delay to deliver the goods, conveyed a release.

It further sought intervention of various social organisations and public leaders of the district to take up the matter with the district administration in the interest of general public.
