IRCS unit extends aid to flood-hit villagers

Kakching, August 23 2024:
A team of Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Kakching district branch led by its president Kshetrimayum Dharmadas inspected flood-hit Khoidum village under Hiyanglam AC in Kakching district and donated tents, mosquito nets and hygiene kits to villagers affected by the naturaldisaster.
Around 60 out of 200 houses in the village have been inundated forcing the affected villagers to take shelter
under makeshift tents.
