158 Bn CRPF organises tree plantation drive

Kangpokpi, April 19 2025: 158 Bn CRPF organised a tree plantation drive at A/158 Bn CRPF at K Songlung, under Kangchup police station in Kangpokpi district.

The initiative was carried out in the presence of Sh Santosh Kumar Pal, 2-1/C of 158 Bn and Insp/GD Mintu Kumar, Officer commanding of A/158 Bn CRPF.

According to a press release, the tree plantation drive aimed to enhance green cover in the State, combat deforestation and promote environmental awareness to the local villagers.

During the drive 150 tree saplings were planted.
