Imphal, December 16 2024: The Association of Surgeons of India (ASI) has conferred the prestigious Jewel Award 2024 of ASI on Dr (Professor) GS Moirangthem, Director and CEO of Karkinos Manipur Cancer Care Institute and Research Centre, JNIMS Campus, Porompat.

He received the award during the 84th Annual Conference of ASI held at Agra on December 12, said a press release issued by Karkinos.

Dr GS Moiranthem, MS (PGI), FRCS ED (UK), FICS, FAIS, FMAS, FIAGES, FCLS was also former Professor and HOD of Surgery Department, RIMS.
