Imphal, May 15: As the State Government has not cleared college teachers' salary from March month, teachers are facing lots of financial trouble, said a press statement of All Manipur College Teachers' Association (AMGOCTA).

The association further added that nearly a year and a half is taken in drawing out GPF amount.

Government must allot adequate fund for fast drawl of the said amount, the association urged.

The teachers' body also urged the Government to clear the due 12 per cent DA for teachers at the earliest.
